Methomyl is a kind of broad-spectrum, quick-acting insecticide, effective against aphids, cotton bollworm and other pests, and can be used for crops such as grain, cotton, vegetables, tobacco, fruit and so on.

Technical requirements for use:

1. This product should be sprayed evenly from the hatching period of cotton bollworm eggs to the period when the young larvae 

are boring. It should be sprayed every 10 days or so depending on the occurrence of insect damage. It can be applied three times continuously.

2. The safe interval for use of this product on cotton is 28 days, and the maximum number of uses per crop cycle is 3 times.

3. Do not apply pesticides on windy days or if rainfall is expected within 1 hour.

4. Warning signs should be set up after pesticide application, and humans and animals can enter the pesticide application site 24 hours after 

pesticide application.

Precautions:

1. It shall not be used for the prevention and control of sanitary pests, the production of vegetables, fruits, tea, fungi, and Chinese herbal medicines, 

or the prevention and control of aquatic plant diseases and insect pests.

2. This product cannot be mixed with alkaline pesticides and other substances.

3. This product is toxic to bees, fish and other aquatic organisms, and silkworms. During the application period, the impact on surrounding bee 

colonies should be avoided. It is prohibited during the flowering period of flowering plants, silkworm rooms and mulberry gardens. Apply pesticides 

away from aquaculture areas, and it is prohibited to wash pesticide application equipment in rivers, ponds and other water bodies. Pay attention to 

the impact on birds when using it. 4. When using this product, you should wear protective clothing and gloves to avoid contact with the skin, eyes 

and contaminated clothing, and avoid inhalation of the liquid. Do not eat or drink during the application period. Wash your hands and face promptly 

after applying the medicine.

5. Crops such as cotton, soybeans, eggplants, and apples are prone to phytotoxicity in the early stages of growth, and pesticide liquids should be 

prevented from drifting to the above crops.

Disposal and storage

Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear a dust mask (full cover), a rubber cloth anti-poison jacket, and rubber gloves. Keep away from fire, heat source, no smoking in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Avoid producing dust. Avoid contact with oxidants and alkalis. When handling, light loading and unloading should be done to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Storage precautions: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. It should be stored separately from oxidant, alkali and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed.
